EASTPOINT OPENS IN UNITED STATES WHILE ACQUIRING NENO WEBHOSTING.

Eastpoint AB (publ) daughter company Getupdated opens with full range in Miami, USA. Daughter Company Crystone AB officially signs for the acquisition of web hosting company Neno. Acquisition takes effect February 22, 2007.

The 1^st of March Getupdated starts business activity in Miami USA. Operations will take full course around 1^st of April, 2007. The company full product range will be the same as the Swedish offering with affiliate marketing, banner network, sponsored links and Search Engine Optimization. The company selects Andreas Linnuste as Managing Director. Andreas is a Swedish entrepreneur who has been living and working in Miami for the last 7 years.

Purchasing price amounts to 1 944 000 Swedish Crowns which was paid with 4 984 000 new share issues. Decision on new share issues will be shorted in the shareholders meeting April 12^th 2007.
