Eastpoint daughter company Getupdated opens in England

Eastpoint AB (publ) daughter company Getupdated opens with full range in the English market through its opening of a sales office in London. The company full product range will be the same as the Swedish offering with affiliate marketing, banner network, sponsored links and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Business activity will commence the 1^st of April and operations will take full course around the 1^st of May, 2007.

Offices will be located in Covent Garden in Central London. The position has been essential for the possibility of recruiting people with education within the Internet Marketing branch and high merits. The selected Sales Director will also embark in the role of a salesman; and there will be a total of 8 people which will commence from the start. Eastpoint buys Media Analys and projects great turnover

It seems as if our Internet Marketing growth never ends! especially with our last press release, please read:

Eastpoint to grow further by agreeing to buy SEO company Media Analys while projecting turnover goal for Getupdated one of Eastpoints daughter companies.

Eastpoint AB (publ) said that it had agreed to buy 51% of shares from Media Analys Trisodum AB a Swedish Search Engine Optimization company. The acquisition should take effect latest 1/3 2007. Getupdated’s turnover goal is said to be 65 Million Swedish Crowns with a running rate goal of 150 Million Swedish Crowns.

Media Analys has around 400 yearly repetitive subscription clients and is growing at a rate of about 100 new clients per month. The company is a relatively new starter yet their 3 founders have over 10 years of Internet marketing experience. Media Analys client base is mostly small and medium-large companies with supply in Search Engine Marketing.

EASTPOINT OPENS IN UNITED STATES WHILE ACQUIRING NENO WEBHOSTING.

Eastpoint AB (publ) daughter company Getupdated opens with full range in Miami, USA. Daughter Company Crystone AB officially signs for the acquisition of web hosting company Neno. Acquisition takes effect February 22, 2007.

The 1^st of March Getupdated starts business activity in Miami USA. Operations will take full course around 1^st of April, 2007. The company full product range will be the same as the Swedish offering with affiliate marketing, banner network, sponsored links and Search Engine Optimization . The company selects Andreas Linnuste as Managing Director. Andreas is a Swedish entrepreneur who has been living and working in Miami for the last 7 years.

Search Engine Marketing Revolution in Sweden

As Vice President for Getupdated- Internet Marketing I would like to First of all thank you for a fun weekend… It was great to see you all and have our own unique Sales Power meeting. After bringing in such good business and rapidly becoming the fastest growing Search Engine Marketing in Sweden, we deserved a great night out!

For 2007 under my leadership I will make sure that Getupdated becomes the largest Search Engine Marketing Company in Sweden and obviously we are well on the way. I will be working with some original ideas and some defying concepts which many others would only wish to get their hands on. If I would tell you the secrets…I would have to hire you!

Some of the topics I covered in the sales meeting were the release of Time magazine person of the year.

Every year Time magazine appoints a Person of the year edition. If you notice in this link http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,1569514,00.html this year it is YOU- US. I found this quite interesting because this is exactly the industry we are working with- The World Wide Web.

Companies like us are in control of the information age which is in my opinion the most powerful media today- INTERNET. If you are pursuing a career into an exciting field, look no further!! You found it- this is it!! We are working for the greatest industry today and that is Internet Marketing. Companies like GetUpdated will be driving the revolution that will yield the marketing power of Sweden in 2007. Great! I can already smell the cash!

A few years ago, newspapers, radio and TV where consider the great power… today it is companies like us who are sitting on that immense power. The word is out there so it is up to us to work hard and have clients coming to our side. We are preaching marketing directors and entrepreneurs about the benefits of Internet marketing. An overwhelming majority still waste their budget on untargeted marketing when Internet Marketing would yield them a higher return for less money!

Everyday I read the newspaper and I still see people spending over 200,000 SEK for 1 ad in the newspaper or subway. Ufff!! What an overwhelming amount of money when you compare that I can bring him a client directly at the time he is looking to spend on his products and services for less then 2 SEK. If they would give us their budget we would do wonders! So personally I push our sales with power!!

We are slowly educating Marketing Directors to understand our industry. The leads are everywhere around you, when you read the news, when you drive your car and when you go shopping. It is my mission to make sure our industry becomes the first thing a marketing director thinks about. First Internet Marketing, the other investments come 2nd!

Like Danny Sullivan said: Search is hottest marketing topic in the world today!! Period!

Eastpoint buys Affiliator.com

Eastpoint AB: (publ) is officially finished with the acquisition of Affiliator AB.

Eastpoint AB: (publ) is officially finished with the acquisition of Affiliator AB. Affiliator helps companies to market their products via the Internet. Together with Affiliator will Getupdated (Daughter Company to Eastpoint AB) become a complete Internet marketing company with products like Search Engine Marketing, Banner Network and also affiliate marketing. The agreement was signed Jan 31/2007 and acquisition follow through in process February 1/2007, (a month earlier then announced).

The acquisitions amounted to 10 500 000 SEK with payment amount to 70 000 000 newly emitted shares. The board has the authority for this through the share holders meeting. In addition Eastpoint will pay turnover related fees after every 6 respective 12 months. The cost for this is a maximum of 2MSEK cash payment. The three principals hold a technical option with a two year currency, corresponding 1,0% of the present number of shares which amounts to 1 090 873 138.

Affiliator is a young technical company with its own build affiliate technology and a fast growing network of affiliates. Both founders follow Eastpoint with the acquisition and they will continue to pass knowledge within the group.

The letter of intention was signed today and the acquisition will take effect the latest 1/3 2007.
