Getupdated Internet Marketing (public- stock name: East AB- First North) has sign a letter of intention to acquire Internet Strategy and Traffic Analysis company Solarplexus Management Europe AB.

Solarplexus main focus is to help convert Internet visitors into customers. They work with client communication, marketing via the internet and mobile networks. Solarplexus business model results in a clear way from everything regarding web strategy to production, design, implementation and operation of B2B websites, for example company portals, e-commerce and campaign sites.

Internet marketing is structured in 4 main parts: presence, profiling, traffic and conversion. The primary purpose with this acquisition is to strengthen our competence and capacity in order to strengthen profiling while also help build conversion levels to larger accounts.
