Eastpoint AB: Stock market Company to grow further by agreeing to buy Affiliate marketing company Affiliator AB

Eastpoint AB said Monday that it had agreed to buy Affiliator AB a Swedish company that matches advertisers through the internet with Internet media and e-commerce sites, as Getupdated tries to grab a bigger share of the fast growing global market in Internet Advertisement. Affiliator helps companies to market their products via the Internet. Together with Affiliator will Getupdated (Daughter Company to Eastpoint AB) become a complete Internet marketing company with products like Search Engine Marketing, Banner Network and also affiliate marketing. The letter of intention was signed today and the acquisition will take effect the latest 1/3 2007.
